That's What Friends Are For

I have to send out props to my friend Wendy for all she has done and does for me as a friend. She was kind enough to accompany me to my girlfriend's wedding in Richmond this past weekend, and we had a blast. I am grateful for her because she is the friend that is always at the other end of the phone line whenever life gets overwhelming. As a new mommy and usually confined to being home, she is always bringing movies and fun times to my living room. I think it is friend's like her that make the hard times in life bearable. I am thankful for all of my close friends, and I think its important to shed the spotlight on them from time to time to simply let them know we love them. I have many FB friends who do not understand Wendy and my friendship which always makes Wendy and I laugh. All I can say to that is, you have to know us and you have to know Wendy :) We had an amazing weekend together filled with crazy music, singing, and fun times with old friends. I am thankful for her as my friend, and she is always a shoulder to lean through it all. Love you Wendy.
