First Tooth Cutting!

My baby girl is cutting her first tooth, which may explain a lot of her discomfort the past couple weeks. However on top of it she has a cold, which just makes thing so much more fun (that is my sarcasm in case you didn't notice). I actually feel kind of sad because it is another milestone for my baby, and she is growing up so fast! I cannot believe it has been six months since I experienced the happiest day of my life. At the same point, I feel scared about the rest of the teeth coming. Everyone has their horror stories about how much discomfort their children experienced teething with were associated with fevers, colds, and severe crankiness. She also has hit that magical age where she wants mommy when she feels yucky, instead of daddy. Which is flattering because I love her and I want to be there always for her, but at 2am, it would be nice for her to want daddy :)
