"Crafty Mama" book suggestion from my sister in law

I recently found a great book called, "Crafty Mama" by Abby Pecoriello and it has some amazing ideas that are not only cheap, but quick and easy. This Christmas I wanted to do more crafty gifts due to our economic situation, and my sister in law recommended I check out this book. It has a lot of different ideas, from blankets, fleece hats, to bibs, baby travel wipe covers, and decorated baby spoons. Everything I have read in this book does not require a lot of time and would be fairly cheap to purchase the needed items. It also has a run down of what to buy specifically to make different items. I think this book would be great also for baby shower gifts. I know as a new mom, without a job at the moment, it is hard for me to buy baby shower and birthday gifts (for kids) and this book gave me so many great ideas. I have a mission to hit AC Moore tomorrow to get a few things, and I will do a follow up blog with pictures on whatever I decide to create. I recommend this book for all moms, it is small, simple and easy to read and follow. It definitely gives you fun projects to do during your small window of free time (if you have any! lol).

  3. Do you not remember me with the xmas tree? I wouldn't have one if Jen didn't put it up. LOL When I was younger I was tortured with the tree - I was forced to put it up, water it, decorate it and undecorate it -- alone. I hated the tree. Seriously. Thank you though!
