I realize my last entry sounded kind of depressing or negitive....and I wanted to say that I adore my baby girl! She is the love of my life and I cannot imagine life without her. There are good days and bad days...but the good out weigh all the bad.
I am so excited because she began to smile a week or so ago socially. It is such a reward when your daughter looks up at you and smiles, it makes my heart melt into a million pieces. She also has discovered how to coo and make noises, and when she makes a loud one her eyes get big and she acts so proud of herself. However a super funny event is when I put Irelyn on the floor to play with her gym and our cat Bailey joins her. It is too funny! He lies on his back and plays with the toys too. She loves to kick her legs around, and she is surprisingly good at holding up her neck and head.
I was worried the cats would hurt the baby, but they do mind her at all. They do not mess with her, and as you can see Bailey thinks she is fun to play with :)

Bailey doesn't think she's fun to play with - Bailey is wondering why this little gremlin is in HIS new toy! LOL He looks like he's one body check away from shoving her out of his floor space! HAHAHAHA
